Refund and Exchange Policy
At Mini Mods, we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. If you have any technical or sales queries, do not hesitate to Contact us. However, if you feel the product(s) you purchased are not the best fit for your requirements and you attempted to resolve issues with our support staff, we want to make things right.
If you are not satisfied with a product you bought, for whatever reason, it is possible to return it for a refund within 10 days of receipt (15 days for an exchange) on domestic and international orders. Return shipment is the responsibility of the customer. Replacement items will be shipped once we have received the returned merchandise. Please contact us before returning any package!.
All returns must be in its original mint and clean condition. Returns on damaged, scratched, programmed, burnt, or otherwise ‘played with’ product will not be accepted. The product must then be returned in its original packaging with its receipt and a small note for the reason of the return. The note will help us to serve you better and improve our products. Reimbursement will be denied for any products which do not conform to the abovementioned conditions.
Not using our recommended installation process and scripts can prompt UNDER-VOLTAGE WARNING, on some cases and we cannot assist you in any way, unless you follow the installation process using the one-line install command as indicated on the provided installation instructions.
UNDER-VOLTAGE WARNINGS can appear on the screen during heavy workload on your Raspberry Pi or due to an inappropriate power source and can’t define a product as defective, If your equipment is working as intended with all functionality, attempting to return an item because UNDER-VOLTAGE WARNINGS will not be accepted.
Please note that all items will be reimbursed within 3 days of receiving the product (shipping fees excluded). You must cover the cost of returning the product. You will need to pay for shipping (if you want a refund or a replacement). Shipping fees will only be refunded if the return is a result of a shipping error on our part.

Kindly note that we make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. But Stripe or your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank/card account.
